We farm mushrooms all year long, here in South West Nova Scotia. We produce both forest grown and indoor grown gourmet mushrooms. We offer fresh, dried and powdered mushrooms to both wholesale and retail customers.

Oyster mushrooms another mushroom prized for their culinary, medicinal, and environmental benefits. We offer various varieties of oyster mushrooms.

Shiitake are low in calories. They also offer good amounts of fiber, as well as B vitamins and some minerals.
