King Oyster Grow Kit - Pleurotus eryngii - Temperature range 10°C to 18°C

King Oysters are truly the king of the oyster mushroom. The King is a stately mushroom with a large meaty stalk. A wonderful eating mushroom, both stalk and cap. King oysters can be finicky to fruit but well worth it! If you're new to growing mushrooms you may want to start with a Black, Blue, Elm or White Oyster first. These mushrooms are recommended to be cooked.

Within a few weeks, you will be enjoying your first crop of homegrown fresh mushrooms. Kits can also be expanded into more mushroom kits, or used as sawdust spawn to inoculate logs for growing outside.

Shipped via Canada Post with fruiting instructions included. In-stock items usually ship within 3 days, in some cases grow kits are made to order in those situations wait time may be up to four weeks.
